1. Compensation & Benefit
- Develop HR/ Reward strategy consistent with company business objectives
- Determine strategy for designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs (compensation programs, incentive programs etc.) and policies
- Manage and calibrate merit and performance evaluation cycle, promotion review process
- Deliver and implement APAC & Global strategy and guideline, localization
- Provide strategic data for WBA / CBA
- Manage Internal grading system and evaluation with APAC
- Participate in salary survey
- Budgeting
- Work closely with other HR functions and deliver clear guideline for operational process
- Supervise HR benefit operation programs (annual leave, benefit programs change/update)
2. Payroll
- Review Global compensation system for merit, performance bonus etc.
- Manage Equity (LTI) process and handle employee's questions
- Manage global equity programs
3. Compliance and control
- Keep the legal conformity by reviewing existed and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate course of action
- Control overall HR operation process with compliance
- Manage internal audit process and handling external audit
- Manage labor supervision with ER department
- Handle Expat and assignee's TEQ process with external tax advisor
4. HR projects and system management
- Lead global and APAC projects
- Manage / development HR system
5. Others

경력 및 자격요건
• Experiences
- At least 10 year of general HR experience including 4 years of C&B experience in multinational companies
- People management experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Korea labor law
• Competencies
- Excellent Written & Spoken English
- Strong Communication capabilities in collaboration with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the company
- Strategic thinking and analytical skillset to lead and execute various initiatives
