1. In-Store Product Presentation & Maintenance
- Ensure consistent in-store product presentation by implementing CVM standards, providing staff training, and maintaining alignment with global strategies.
2. Manage Seasonal Creative Campaigns
- Lead the planning, installation, and maintenance of seasonal creative campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with global and local market initiatives.
3. Support Brand Events and Pop-Up / Pop-In’s
- Provide CVM expertise and coordination for brand events, pop-ups, and other activations, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing local needs.
4. CVM Props Management
- Oversee the tracking, maintenance, and distribution of props to support store displays, ensuring alignment with CVM standards and strategies.
5. Coordination and Support for the CVM Team
- Assist in team coordination, scheduling, and budget management to ensure seamless CVM operations.
경력 및 자격요건
- 7-10 years strong Visual-Merchandising background, with a great sense of aesthetic
- Great autonomy, flexibility, curious, problem solving, energy and result orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills, availability and team spirit
- Passion for Visual-Merchandising
- Able to understand and be part of the change
- Good knowledge and curious of current luxury landscape, visual merchandising trends and industry best practices
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Able to work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design software
