1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
-Analyze sales trends, market conditions, customer behaviors, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
-Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., sales forecasts, trade marketing effectiveness, and product performance) for the sales and marketing teams.
-Identify key insights and recommend actions to optimize business strategies and improve sales outcomes.
-Gather and organize Sales, Trade Marketing, and operational data from multiple internal and external sources (including distributors)
-Develop and maintain databases or data systems for efficient data storage and access.
2. Sales & Market Insights:
-Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to analyze competitive positioning, market trends, and consumer preferences.
-Provide data-driven insights that enhance sales planning, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
-Support the development of trade marketing strategies by analyzing the effectiveness of BTL campaigns.
-Utilize statistical methods and models to forecast sales trends, evaluate promotional effectiveness, and predict future market behavior.
-Help Brand optimize inventory levels, sales promotions, and market launches based on predictive insights.
3. KPI Tracking & Dashboard Management:
-Develop and manage dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Sales and Trade marketing.
-Monitor distributor performance and provide real-time insights for both Brand and its distributors.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration, including marketing, supply chains, operations, and finance, to align data analysis with business objectives.
5. Automation & Efficiency:
-Identify opportunities for process improvement by automating data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.
-Leverage tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to streamline data workflows.

-Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in consumer goods, electronics, or retail industries.
-Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, coding etc.).
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
-Excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly.
-Experience with sales and marketing data analysis is a plus.
