Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including technical, production, R&D, procurement, and senior management stakeholders.
Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage customer relationships, track opportunities, and analyze sales performance.
iii) Industry Expertise:
Leverage deep knowledge of the chemical industry, particularly in plastics, adhesives, PUR, or rubber sectors, to provide value-added solutions to customers.
Understand technical product requirements and work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
iv) Business Development:
Act as a "hunter," identifying and converting leads into profitable business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
v) Team Collaboration and Communication:
Work effectively with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and R&D, to align on customer needs and deliver seamless solutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
