• A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Experience in D2C and performance marketing is highly preferred.
