1.Talent Acquisition
• Plan and implement recruiting strategy and develop employee referral program to attract talents by supporting manager.
• Update and analyze recruiting status to meet the headcount target.
• Plan and manage recruiting budget.
• Review and update JDs for existing/ new positions by communicating with functional leaders and global TA team, to enhance business aims.
• Review resumes, arrange and conduct interviews partnering with hiring managers.
• Salary proposal and negotiation with candidates by referring internal benchmarks.
• Conduct HR onboarding session for newcomers.
2. Talent Management & Development
• Responsible for implementing the global performance management program to employees.
• Guide stakeholders to conduct objective setting and performance evaluation reflecting the global policy.
• Participate in designing people development solutions tailored to business needs and the target audience.
• Contribute to people development and L&D projects at the global level.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Organize employee gatherings, team-building activities, and events to strengthen relationships and morale.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to understand employee needs and concerns.
• Provide opportunities for professional growth and career development.
3. Employee Relations
• Manage budget and plan yearly schedule for safety and health management process by communicating with outsourcing vendors (Mandatory education, measurements, reports, etc.).
• Handle labor issues by consulting a labor consultant (Compliance, Labor law, HR policies, etc.) and report into the ER system.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experiences in HR
• Good knowledge of HR process and labor law
• Good command of English skill both in verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
