1. Implement Market place / H&B channel management to achieve sales target
• Strong relationship with marketplace channels to growth.
• Establish strongest possible commercial relationships with key channels.
• Build network with key channels.
• Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner
• Prioritize strategic business roadmap with monthly plan to meet sales target
• Plan and implement the strategy and activities for marketplace channels success as a person in charge
• Drive traffic and conversion with strong initiative via digital channels
• Work with cross functional teams with seamless execution
• To manage monthly launching plan, execution of event/promotion and measurement of websites and communications in collaboration with manager
• Create customer relation activity to bring new & repurchase
2. Market Place Maintenance
• Set the proper monthly e-commerce marketing plan with proper budget allocation
• Follow government regulations and provided necessary regulator information as needed with team.
• Test & apply appropriate e-retailer advertising, consumer activities, samplings within the market places.
• Closely work with agencies and managing agency and internal workforces
3. Business Analysis and Reporting
• Analysis of market trends including competitors, sales results, sales trend, promotion effect, new launches, and other marketing programs
• Regular reporting of e-commerce channel (by month, quarter and annual)
4. Others
• Provide timely and effective administrative support for E-commerce Team
• Manage and control budget for samples, GWP and inventory etc.
• On-going monitoring of competitors and their promotions to increase market share in retailers sites
경력 및 자격요건
• At least 2 years of experiences related in e-commerce/digital marketing
• More than 1 year of experience in charge of H&B e-retailers (Olive-young/Chicor) is preferred
• Cosmetics industry experience is preferred
• MD communication experience of e-Commerce sites is preferred
