• Support CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and loyalty
• Analyze customer data for personalized marketing
• Plan and implement promotional CRM programs
• Monitor customer traffic and sales dynamics
• Report on market trends and competitor activities, especially in-store events.
• Organize and execute in-store events to drive sales
• Coordinate with boutique staff; evaluate events and suggest improvements
• Oversee and enhance customer service for customer satisfaction
• Resolve issues promptly with relevant parties
• Assist in developing and enforcing retail policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations
• Provide administrative assistance to the retail team
• Support boutique operations as needed.
• Collect and report sales strategy plans from stores monthly
• Prepare reports on CRM activities and utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of programs
• Manage and monitor budgets for CRM programs and events
• Ensure cost-effective operations within budget constraints

• University degree(or same level)
• At least 3 ~ 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in luxury retail industry(Preferred)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Advanced knowledge of MS office software
• Excellent communication skills to fit with all internal departments and clients
