• Assist the manager/team in achieving assigned goals and objectives including gross margin, sales and total inventory turn for the assigned merchandise category & channel.
• Select and purchase merchandise inclusive of timing, delivery, sizing and mix with a view to maximizing and driving the business
• Maintain effective category merchandise control systems which are to include replenishment and seasonal merchandise
• Partnering with Merchandise Planning team to manage plans for stock levels, react to change/demand and logistics, reorders, cancellations, redirections and transfers
• Apply the distribution strategy by replenishing the continuative stock with a view of optimization of the business including sizing, seasonal and logistic challenges
• Responsible for the management of age stock; create and maintain automatic replenishment templates; arrange transfer of stock and stock consolidation among responsible markets aiming to increase stock efficiency
• Liaise with APAC on a regular basis regarding reorders, delivery schedules and orders entering, and maintaining accuracy in data for our department
• Work closely with Finance to create and implement plans to maximize gross profit
• Review the need for reorders and liaise with DC/logistics

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in luxury retail industry
: For Assistant Manager, Min 8 years merchandising experience with 3 years in luxury retail industry
• Have highly developed and proven analytical skills
• Preferably with SAP knowledge
• Excellent in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Familiar with vlookup, Macros is a must
• Knowledge in shoes & accessories will be a definite advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and one Asian language is preferred
