1. Marketing & Communications Strategy Development
• To lead and plan Marketing strategies and programs in order to meet business needs & goals
• To plan and execute all Advertising, PR, Communication activities and events (online & offline)
• To initiate and manage Marketing projects and activities to maximize commercial impact and marketing exposures of the brands
• To control and manage Marketing/PR agencies aligning with marketing objectives
• To conduct market study & competitive intelligence to provide insights on customer, competitors and market situations
• To provide consultation for General Manager in areas of Marketing and PR
2. PR & Event Execution
• To supervise roll-out of yearly PR campaign, content and events based on brand image and business priorities
• To direct and oversee development of all press materials
• To follow up editorial performances and support any PR initiatives
• To sustain positive and constructive relations with media
• To liaise with media, celebrities & VIPs
3. Budget & Productivity Management
• To plan and manage Marketing budget; to monitor expenses and complete financial reports
• To deliver effective & efficient marketing activities within the agreed budget
• To ensure PR products and samples are used/maintained in good condition and in compliance
4. Team Management
• To manage and review team members' performance and counsel them for future development
• To motivate and guide team with coaching and providing constructive feedbacks

• Over 12 years of experience in Branding, Marketing & Communications with managerial responsibilities
• Experiences in fashion/luxurious companies
• Proven experiences in developing and executing Marketing Communication strategies
• Strong business understanding with market insights
• Strong communication & presentation skill
• Good at planning and organizing
• Good team player with leadership skill
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
