• Responsible for P&L analysis, planning, forecasting and managing Company's online business
• Plan, implement online sales strategic planning. Lead sales team to develop attractive sales plan based on sell-in/sell-through number, complete assortment, high conversion and marketing plans.
• Manage online sales to convert traffic to the online sales ability and optimize digital marketing activities to ensure maximization.
• Develop and manage potential business channels and negotiate with 3rd party MDs to gain higher brand position on their sites
• Building & implementing online campaigns and digital strategies with long term and short term based actives to ensure customers always have an amazing experience through online channel.
• Strong communication skill with other business unit. Proactively work with Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to meet company targets.
