1. CEO Secretary
•Manage CEO schedules/expenses and welcome visitors from local or abroad
•Arrange various meetings (including call conferences)
•Support company committees’ activities and related documents/surveys
• Any other ad-hoc work assigned by the CEO
2. Office admin
• Manage overall office environment including office facilities with the building management office
• Purchase office supplies/goods
• Handle invoices/expenses and corporate cards
• Manage various administrative supports for employees
• Support various administrative works including employee engagement or HR-related activities
• Manage various employee communications
• Any other ad-hoc work assigned by HR Director
경력 및 자격요건
• Both Korean and English proficiency required (English skill should be fluent)
• Skillful at MS Office
• Positive attitude, good sense of time-managing, organizing, and multi-tasking skills
• Adapt well and respond positively to changing circumstances
• About 1~3 years of relevant experience preferred (사원-주임급)
