1. Sales Order Management
• Ensure accurate entry and Fulfilment of Customer Sales Orders
• Ensure Retail Customers orders are delivered perfectly, consolidated, and transparently to customers.
• Approval and Allocation of Customer Orders for release.
• Responsible for execution of orders from entry to shipment and delivery on time and accurately
• Authorize returns in accordance with the policy
• Ensures all orders are accurately entered in D365 including items, pricing, delivery terms
• Liaise with sales and marketing on promotions
• Design and Implement Sales Order Management Processes.
2. Inbound Freight Management
• Manage Imports into South Korea
• Coordinate delivery into 3PL warehouse
• Approve freight invoices and ensure they are paid timely.
• Oversee transactional processing of EDI receipts into the warehouse.
• Confirm and update HTS codes and duty rates.
3. Regulatory Compliance
• Lead and co-ordinate MFDS testing of new products
• Work with Global compliance team to ensure products and packaging follow Korean regulations
4. Outbound Freight & Transportation
• Serve as main contact for 3PL's Transportation Management Services
• Ensure carriers have timely pickup and delivery
• Coordinate outbound shipments and return shipments with retailers and end customers.
• Maintain performance and cost metrics
5. Inventory Management
• Ensure Inventory Control Procedures are sufficient to maintain accuracy and are executed appropriately
• Investigate and execute inventory adjustments
• Inventory Reconciliation between D365 and 3PL
• Provide Reverse Logistics support as needed.
• Damaged Stock management
• Monthly inventory reporting to senior leadership
6. 3PL Management
• Ensure 3PL is meeting Brand's requirements and service levels to all customers
• To drive accurate and on time processing of orders
• To ensure all orders are processed according to Brand Guidelines
• To ensure 3PL meets Brand's operational requests

• 10 to 15 years of experience within Order Management & Logistics (FMCG, Retail background preferred)
• Experience working with a 3PL
• Order Processing Experience
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Computer literate in multiple applications, primarily MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong competency with Excel preferred
• Knowledge of 3PL, EDI, WMS, TMS a plus
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow-up on pending issues, deadlines
• Persistent and disciplined with strong attention to detail
