[Job Scope]
- Responsible for supporting the smooth day to day operation of retail stores.
- Support any ad hoc requests to response any unexpected store situation or change.
[Main Job Responsibilities]
- Response general store inquiries and requests, including tools, stationery, and business cards, etc.
- Monitor daily operational or system issue.
- Support office tasks such as documentation, stationery orders, and meeting arrangement including meeting room bookings, etc.
- Manage and organize any retail items in the internal & external stockroom.
- Support new store opening & closing.
- Inventory stocktaking support

- University degree
- Fluent English
- Retail industry experience is a plus.

- Familiar with luxury retail industry

- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PPT, Word
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
