  • 1. Own the annual ‘Business-led’ long-range planning exercise, working with the channel teams to project Comp growth & new distribution plans
    2. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand strategic priorities and initiatives.
    3. Work closely with Real Estate and Retail teams to model projections for new distribution, renovation and relocation opportunities
    4. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape and internal capabilities to inform strategic recommendations.
    5. Translate complex data and information into clear, compelling and visually engaging presentations.
    6. Develop strategic decks, executive summaries and other presentation materials for senior management meetings and key stakeholder updates.
    7. Synthesize key insights and findings into actional recommendations to drive business growth and operational excellence.
    8. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather input, validate assumptions and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
    9. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
    10. Provide insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and goal setting.
    11. Develops and drives comprehensive business plan recommendations based on analysis, emerging trends and experiences
    12. Monthly Retail Planning – Demand KPIs: Traffic, Conversion, Transaction, AUR, UPT projections by store or channel
    13. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including retail, merchandising, marketing, finance to forecast the business based on changes in strategy and business climate to support overall financial objectives.

    14. Reporting – Weekly demand KPI reporting ; ad hoc festival and like-for-like adjusted selling reporting
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • - Over 15years of relevant experience
    - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field. MBA preferred but not required.
    - Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into concise and actional insights.
    - Proficiency in creating high-impact presentations and strategic decks using tools such as Microsoft Power Point or similar software.
    - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stake holders at all level of the organization.
