1. Sales Order Management
- Ensure accurate entry and Fulfilment of Customer Sales Orders including orders for repair centre, employee sales and samples.
- Ensure Retail Customers orders are delivered perfectly, consolidated, predictable and transparently to customers.
- Monitor and react to the auto-drop of sales orders into system.
- React to changes to sales orders such as order cancellations and updating customer requirements.
- EDI processing status check and sharing with 3PL for daily operation planning.
2. Inbound & Outbound Freight
- Monitor and check status of imports into South Korea
- Coordinate delivery into 3PL warehouse
- Outbound Shipments, verify system information matches, identify discrepancies and report/resolve accordingly.
- Oversee transactional processing of EDI receipts into the warehouse
3. Product Returns
- Check the return receiving status in RMA portal.
- Communicate & coordinate with Service team for stock inspection.
4. Customs Clearance / FTA filing
- Check all invoices for accuracy before customs clearance.
- Ensure all original documents are filed for FTA.
- Co-ordinate and file all shipping documentation.
5. Inventory
- Co-ordinate with 3PL on cycle counts and Inventory Accuracy
- Reconcile DHL / Company system inventory

• At least 5 yrs of experience within Order Management & Logistics (FMCG, Retail background preferred)
• Experience with B2C Channel
• Experience working with a 3PL
• Order Processing Experience
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Computer literate in multiple applications, primarily MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong competency with Excel preferred
• Knowledge of EDI a plus
• Analytical mind
