- Develop new product launch plans and communications strategies based on the product infornation from HQ/EA region and local mass consumer insight
- Coordinate and align the brand related tasks including new product launch with EA region and brand holder
- Set up campaign strategy & objectives for successful campaign launch by working closely with relevant teams
- Analyze sales data and provide a report with the knowledge for local mass consumers and mass channel
- Plan and execute in-store activities to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement, initiatives, with a focus on promotional initiatives
- Make promotion plan keenly working with sales team
경력 및 자격요건
- More than 6 years of Product Management or related experience
- Fluent Korean/English in speaking and writing
- Understanding for mass-market consumers and retail channels
- Passion for beauty and fashion, with a proactive mindset for identifying emerging trends and developing innovative concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all various departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus
