Marketing Planning & Execution
o Support marketing manager in developing holistic marketing strategy and action plans for the ‘World of OOO’
o Create opportunities for strategic partnerships/sponsorships that contribute to strong long-term branding and business requirements
o Partner with the global brand marketing and regional marketing team to maintain consistency in brand messaging, quality, and tone across all marketing contents and delivery
Brand & Retail Marketing Activations
o Support marketing manager in planning and executing branding and retail marketing activations, events and promotions across brands: Plan and initiate year-out in-store activations at key doors
o Manage and supervise marketing teams, external agencies and vendors to achieve strong, impactful project turnarounds
o Collaborate closely with retail, merchandising, and creative services to ensure marketing initiatives align with key business objectives and sales targets
o Plan and execute branding and tailored retail events/promotional activities. The events to include Trunk Show, VIC bespoke events, global events hospitality program and new store openings
o Manage in-store activations assets/materials preparation and delivery
Market Insight & Stakeholder Relations
o Monitor fashion and luxury industry trends and competitor activities, analyze trends and campaign strategies
o Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with industry experts and key stakeholders
o Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and media partners to maximize brand exposure within fashion and luxury segment
Reporting & Management
o Overview project timelines, budgets, and post-initiative reviews for continuous improvement
o Monitor campaign performance and support reporting on key KPIs such as ROI, and engagement levels.

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury fashion and lifestyle and beauty
• Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns or premium events
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
• Deep understanding of the Korean luxury consumer landscape and culture
• Passion for storytelling, brand building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive team player
