PR & AD
• Develop and maintain PR strategy to build brand reputation and maximize brand awareness among target audiences
• Prepare speeches, articles, handouts and product Q&As for external publications, press, and media
• Provide timely reports to HQ and local team
• Handle local PR gifting initiatives during holiday seasons
• Manage PR samples regarding delivery of local and global shipments
• Plan and maintain a balanced budget allocation between traditional and digital diffusion.
• Monitor all media coverage including competitor activities
• Build collaborative relationship with media, stylists, celebrities, KOLs, outsourcing agencies to enhance brand desirability
PR activities management
• Work closely with the ambassador’s agency to strengthen the partnership and maximize the brand’s presence through the ambassador’s activities.
• Communicate with HQ and the agency as a liaison to ensure successful execution of activities with the ambassador within the assigned budget, arrange schedules, and escort the ambassador to the brand’s global events.
• Plan and organize press events (press conferences, launch events, media FAM trips, media drive events, etc.).
Marketing & CRM Management
• Plan, manage and oversee annual marketing budget
• Plan overall marketing activities to drive sales with maximum ROI
• Track evolving consumer preferences and trends, both in purchasing and lifestyle habits, to make strategic decisions on market approaches and consumer communication.
• Work closely with the sales team on retail events (roadshows, VIP classes, etc.) and e-DM & leaflet initiatives.
• Conduct research on competitor analysis and market positioning surveys. 20% Digital Marketing Management
• Manage and distribute digital and social media asset in liaised with HQ and work closely with E-com executive using those assets for sales drives on E-channels
• Plan and develop local contents for social media channels based on market needs

•Minimum 7 years of marketing experience.
•Experience in luxury or fashion brands preferred.
•Fluent in English.
•Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, including media.
•Highly organized, with problem-solving ability and creative thinking.
•Strong budget management skills.
