• Provide first-line support for business application incidents and service requests
• Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements
• Monitor basic system operations and support routine checks
• Communicate with users regarding system status and known issues
• Coordinate data checks and ticket escalation with senior analysts or regional teams
• Support testing and validation during system changes
• Help deliver onboarding and system usage training to users
• Maintain updated documentation and knowledge base (e.g., FAQs, guides)

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or business/system analysis
• Understanding of business workflows and IT systems
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira), MS Office, basic system usage
• Good communication skills in Korean; English proficiency is a plus
• Customer service orientation and team collaboration mindset
• Experience in retail systems (POS, ERP) is a plus
