1. Recruitment
• Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs
• Handle recruitment assignments including shortlisting, arrange and conduct interviews
• For cases of referral/direct hires, conduct background checks, communicate on job offers
• Prepare onboarding and offboarding documents
2. HR Operations
• Create employee related documents, such as employment certificates, address proof for bank or necessary statement documents for visa applications
• Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR and Admin policies
• Review the employee benefits program annually for health insurance renewal
• Follow up probation reviews & Assist in employee termination cases
• Organize for health insurance enrolment for staff passing probation
• Review of employment contract and terms with legal
• Set up procedures for expense reimbursement
3. Reporting
• Generating HR data and reports as required by country and Asia region office
• Maintain and update leave records for local and regional on quarterly basis
• Consolidation of Korea branch salary budget planning & travel expense forecast for Asia region office
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail industry
- Teamwork with Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Knowledge of store organization
- Competent knowledge of English
