• Work closely with APAC / HQ team in developing local marketing plans based on channel needs, consistent with the HQ objectives and brand guidelines, with a focus on BTL activities
• Responsible to implement in store customization, branded fixture and visual placement to increase brand visibility and drive sell out by working closely with commercial team
• Negotiate with clients to secure the best space and consistently request to increase share of space in top accounts
• Manage POSM/GWP forecast, ordering, delivery and inventory management
• Source and collaborate with local vendors for POSM production and installation
• Organize and support sales & customer events
• Conduct regular market trend analysis on competitors
• Monitor ROI on marketing activities implemented
• Assist in budget management to ensure efficient spending of local budgets in line with marketing objectives

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of solid experience in trade marketing preferably in eyewear/ cosmetics/ fashion industry
• Solid experience in visual merchandising
• Organize pop up or events is a plus
• Photoshop and InDesign or similar tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellence in communications / negotiation skill
• Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external
• Proactive and enjoy working as a team
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication skills
