- Manage assigned department stores, driving performance, and support underperforming stores to achieve sales targets
- Responsible for managing sales staff with ownership and accountability
- Conduct regular store visits to identify potential issues and provide effective solutions
- Drive sustainable sales KPIs and deliver net sales growth in line with/above targets
- Manage the lifecycle of retail stores, including store opening and closing
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales data and analyze sales figures for sales increase
- Implement DS sales promotions and plan to maximize revenue
- Provide sales forecasts based on sales trends
경력 및 자격요건
- 가구, 리빙, 패션 업종 경력자
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 4 years of relevant work experience as a sales representative, preferably in the furniture/bedding/living/apparel industry
- Strong understanding of sales in a retail environment
- Flexibility to travel domestically as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
