1. UI/UX, Web mastering and digital experience enhancement
• Initiatives overall strategy and operation on .COM UI/UX activations and contents.
• Manage.COM front end with daily operations to ensure all site content is accurate, brand-aligned, and published on time.
• Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules for seasonal and campaign-related updates.
• Analyze site performance metrics including the conversion funnel and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Deliver insights to enhance marketing impact and site performance through customer journey and UI/UX improvements
• Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
2. IT/Project
• Initiate and support site launching project including SFCC and other ecommerce features.
• Initiative and coordinate with IT and customer service teams to troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues and enhance projects.
3. Cross functional works
• Collaborate with brand marketing and creative teams to improve site content.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the site reflects best practices in layout, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Partner with Customer Service team to support customer inquiry.
• Initiative and coordinate with IT and customer service teams to troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues and enhance projects.
• Work closely with merchandising, creative, and digital teams to align ecommerce initiatives with brand and business goals.
4. Reporting/monitoring
• Deliver regular reports and presentations to cross-functional teams, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
• Track latest UI/UX and eCommerce trends and share key insights with relevant teams.
• Support internal reporting and documentation of ecommerce performance and project status.
• Assist in developing ecommerce playbooks and process improvements for operational efficiency.
경력 및 자격요건
• 5 to 7 years of experience in retail ecommerce, ecommerce operation or related fields.
• Strong understanding of web content management, user experience principles, and conversion strategy.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and Google analytics, digital tools used in the Korean market.
• Comfortable working in English (mid-level business fluency).
• High EQ in working with cross function/cultural partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
