1. On-site campaigns
• Initiative overall strategy and operations brand and promotional campaigns monthly/weekly based on product performance analysis aligned with commercial calendars and sales goals.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future activations.
2. Traffic management
• Analyze web/app traffic and conversion rates, report findings to the broader team to provide insights.
• Implement testing and optimization strategies to improve conversion rates from each traffic source, including SEO.
3. IT/Project
• Initiate and support site launching project including consumer database set-up and other ecommerce features.
• Initiative and coordinate with IT and customer service teams to troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues and enhance projects.
4. Cross functional works
• Partner with UX/UI teams to identify friction points and improve the customer journey across devices from traffic acquisition and campaign activation perspective.
• Coordinate with Ecom-merchandising and brand marketing team to maintain a consistent and engaging digital storefront.
• Maintain the APP to drive user growth, engagement, and seamless execution across all initiatives.
• Use consumer database to offer personalized campaigns and offers.
• Work closely with CRM/ Digital MKT team to ensure optimize owned media channels including KakaoTalk, email newsletters, and push notifications and support affiliate marketing.
• Partner with Customer Service team to support customer inquiry.
• Work closely with merchandising, creative, and digital teams to align ecommerce initiatives with brand and business goals.
5. Reporting/monitoring
• Track eCommerce trends, competitors and share key insights with relevant teams.
• Support internal reporting and documentation of ecommerce performance and project status.
• Assist in developing ecommerce playbooks and process improvements for operational efficiency.

• 6–8 years of experience in retail ecommerce, ecommerce marketing & operation or related fields.
• Experience and analytical skills with site/app performance analysis, commercial promotion planning and execution.
• Understanding of CRM and Consumer database MKT.
• Familiarity with Google analytics, SFCC, other digital tools or communication channels.
• Comfortable working in English (mid-level business fluency).
• Experience in retail ecommerce or consumer marketing field.
• High EQ in working with cross function/cultural partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
