1.Brand Strategy &Communications
- Define and execute brand marketing strategies in alignment with HQ direction, tailored tothe Korean market.
- Ensure brand consistency and premium brand expression across all consumer touchpoints(offline and digital).
- Localize global brand campaigns to resonate with Korean consumers while maintaining brand integrity.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Prepare strategic brand decks, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and HQ communication.
2. Marketing Activations & Campaigns
- Plan and execute 360° seasonal campaigns, retail activations, pop-ups, and brand events inclose collaboration with HQ and local teams.
- Lead hands-on execution of marketing initiatives, from planning to on-site operation and post-campaign evaluation.
- Oversee production of marketing assets (visuals, signage, POSM, gifts), alignment with brand guidelines and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with external agencies (PR, creative, media, production) to ensure high-quality and timely execution.
3. Celebrity, Influencer & Media Relations
- Manage influencer, KOL, and celebrity seeding, dressing, and gifting activities in alignmentwith brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with PR agencies and HQ to identify, select, and manage local talents for campaigns, events, and brand moments.
- Leverage existing relationships with entertainment industry stakeholders, stylists, and media to maximize brand visibility and impact.
- Support and strengthen relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and business media through coordinated PR and marketing efforts.

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury fashion, premiumbeauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience in 360° marketing execution (ATL/BTL/Digital/Events) with strong hands-on capability.
- Solid understanding of luxury brand positioning, fashion sensibility, and premium customer behavior.
- Demonstrated experience working with celebrities, influencers, and entertainment-related stakeholders.
- Strong network and working experience with fashion & lifestyle media preferred.
- Experience working with Italian or global HQ environments preferred.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate brand strategy into actionable local initiatives.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and stakeholder communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
