- + 15 years of eCommerce experience with a strong track record in driving sales and optimizing digital performance.
- Deep understanding of key online sales metrics, conversion drivers, and revenue growth strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset, utilizing Google Analytics, Content square (heat mapping), and performance data to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in eCommerce operations and CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFRA preferred), have SFCC experience.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work with marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service teams.
