1. Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Develop strategies and plans for digital marketing campaigns that support masterbrand communication and category-led initiatives in Running, Lifestyle, and Sports to strengthen our brand impact.
• Ability to develop consumer journeys in digital environment leveraging with key campaigns
• Fostering creative thinking with digital innovations and trends to build new ideas.
• High understanding of digital/social platforms and local consumer behaviors in digital.
2.Managements
• Ability to manage .Com & App platform for marketing purposes. Adopt and extend with assets and copies that aligns with brand's global /local brand direction and perspective.
• Build Targeted Communication plan and execution with Kakao, MMS, App Push for digital marketing.
• Collaborate closely with agencies to enhance the plan & executions with the world class level.
3. Cross functional teamwork
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams to provide the best brand experience across all consumer touchpoints, especially in the digital environment.
• Work with the brand & e-commerce team to accomplish brand goals and ensure the best digital marketing experience for digital-native consumers.
• Establish close working relationships with Regional HQ Marketing Teams and other regional function Teams to ensure a continuous flow of communication, market insights and marketing assets.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or relevant disciplines
• Experience in consumer products or related retail sectors
• Exposure in the sportswear fashion industry will be an advantage but not necessary
• Analytical and with strategic thinking & business acumen
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Excellent Presentation (PPT) & excel proficiency required
• Excellent command of written/spoken English presentation
• Agreement on the possibility of making additional requests during the process (Portfolio)
